Ch 8, join with a sl st to form a ring.

 Rnd 1: ch 3, 19dc in ring, sl st into 3^rd of 3ch at beg of round.

Rnd 2: <11 ch="" dc="" into="" next="" skip="" sl="" st=""> 9 times, 6ch, 1ttr into sl st of previous round.

Rnd 3 : Sl st into loop just formed. 3ch, into same loop work <2dc ch.3dc="">, work <3dc 3ch="" dc=""> into each of next 9 loops, sl st into 3rd of 3ch at beg of round. Fasten off.
