Free written Tunisian Extended Stitch pattern

By adding a simple chain stitch at the end of each standard Tunisian simple stitch, you get a lovely thin fabric perfect for any stylish garment.

Ch any number of sts.

Row 1 (RS) Fwd: Pull up lp in 3rd ch from hk, ch 1, *pull up lp in next ch, ch 1; rep from * across. Rtn: Yo, pull through 1 lp on hk, *yo,pull through 2 lps on hk; rep from * to end.

Row 2 Fwd: Ch 1, *Tss in next st, ch 1; rep from * across row. Rtn:Yo, pull through 1 lp on hk, *yo, pull through 2 lps on hk; rep from *to end.

Rep row 2 to desired length.

Last row: *Tss in next st, ch 1 and pull through lp on hk; rep from *to end, fasten off.
